Shipping policy


Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday only.

 

Shipping Time

 

Once your order has been processed, standard shipping delivery time is 2–4 business days.

 


Same-Day Shipping:

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) may qualify for same-day shipping.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will ship the next business day.


 

 

International Shipping

 

International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes upon delivery. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.



 

Shipping Address & Fraud Prevention


All orders are subject to fraud risk analysis.

To avoid delays or cancellations, please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses match at checkout.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If there is no recipient available to sign for the package at the time of delivery, the shipment must be rescheduled directly with the postal carrier to complete delivery.



Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

 

LaceRx is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are marked delivered by the carrier.


  • VIP Shipping Insurance is available for purchase at checkout.
  • Claims related to lost packages with carrier photographic proof of delivery cannot be guaranteed.
  • Approved claims are eligible for replacement only (no refunds).

 


Returns & Exchanges

 

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges.

All sales are final.


Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality control reasons, once an order has been placed it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

 

Once an order is submitted, no changes or cancellations can be made. This includes:


  • Item changes
  • Shipping address changes
  • Order cancellations
